Sub: All India Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes Railway Employees Association – Circulation of the revise list of the office bearers for the year 1985.
Please refer to this office letter No.84-E(SCT) 22/2, dated 23/24.01.1984 under which the list of office bearers of Central Organization of the above Association pertaining to the year 1984 was sent to your Railway.
Miss, the President of the said Association has now sent vide her letter dated 01.01.1985 a fresh list of Office Bearers of the Central Committee of the Association for the year 1985. A copy of the said letter and the list is sent herewith for information and necessary action.

My dear Thiruvengadam,
I, with the virtue of being the President of All India Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes Railway Employees Association, do hereby dissolve the existing Central Committee of this Association, whose tenure is already over on 31st December, 1984.
So keeping the interest of Schedule Caste/ Scheduled Tribes Railway employees in view, I do hereby submit the list of Central Committee for the ensuing year 1985 which may please be circulated to all concerned immediately so as to continue the process. Ana list if submitted for Zonal Railways by the General Secretary must be countersigned by the Working President as per prevailing practice.
