Sub: Entitlement of Railway Ministers to the Air-Conditioned Saloons on the Indian Railways and booking of the expenditure thereon to the Zonal Railways.
Please refer to Railway Board circular letter of even number dated 28th August 1985 (RBE No.249/1985) on the above subject.
Keeping in view the formation of the integrated Ministry of Transport comprising Department of Railways, Department of Surface Transport and Department of Civil Aviation under the Minister of Transport, the following amendments may be made in the second sentence of the above letter:-
