Sub: Fixation of pay on promotion from the revised Junior Group ‘A’ to the Senior Group ‘A’ scale of pay in certain organized Group ‘A’ Services.

Reference this Ministry’s letter of even number dated 11.10.1984 on the above subject. Para 3 thereof is substituted by the following:

“3. These orders take effect retrospectively with effect from 01.01.1973 on notional basis with actual benefit from 28.11.1981.”
