Sub: Circulation of names of new Governing Council.
The Federation of Railway Officers Association (FROA) in their meeting held on 8thand 9thJanuary, 1985 have elected a new Governing Council. The names of the office bearers and nominated members of the Governing Council are given in the attached list.
A copy of the constitution of the FROA, as it stands at present, is also attached for information.
In this connection attention is also invited to this Ministry’s letter No.79/MS/OF/POI/1, dated 21.04.1979 and 24.10.1979 (copies attached for information and necessary action)
